Spring 2026 Check-In Overview

Your room assignment, roommates, and suitemates for the Spring 2026 semester will be available on your eRezLife account. On this page, you will find helpful information to enable a faster move-in process. Please review this information carefully and contact the relevant office(s) before your arrival on campus.

We look forward to your arrival at the University of Louisiana at Monroe (Â黨ӰԺ). Living on campus is a very exciting aspect of university life, and our goal is to make your on-campus living experience enjoyable.

Before You Arrive on Campus for Move-In

• You are registered for classes.
• You have a Â黨ӰԺ ID Card and selected a meal plan.
• You have reviewed your semester bill and payment options.

Campus Safety and Preparedness

All students, parents, and members of the Warhawk family—both on and off campus— are encouraged to download the Â黨ӰԺ Safe app prior to arriving on campus. The app provides instant access to emergency alerts, campus safety resources, and quick connections to Â黨ӰԺ Police and support services.

Check-In Schedule

Please follow the schedule below:

Friday, January 9, 2026 — Continuing and Returning Students

• Begin at the Â黨ӰԺ Activity Center
• Anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Saturday, January 10, 2026 — First-Time Freshmen and New to Campus Students

• Begin at the Â黨ӰԺ Activity Center
• Anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Check-in will not occur on Sunday, January 11, 2026. Students are not permitted to receive keys or building access on Sundays. Students must wait until Monday, January 12, 2026, during university business hours.

  • Starbucks: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Chick-fil-A: 7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Subway: 10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Flip Kitchen: 10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • P.O.D.: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Sunday, January 11
  • Starbucks: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
  • P.O.D.: 4:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
  • CraveTown: 4:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
  • Schulze: 2:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

• Friday, January 9: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Saturday, January 10: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Sunday, January 11: CLOSED
• Monday, January 12: Return to normal business hours

Fee Payment Deadline

To avoid classes being dropped, Thursday, January 8, 2026, before 3:30 p.m., is the deadline to pay your semester bill. Review Student Billing for additional information.
