The Office of Residential Life is supported by professional staff, student staff, and maintenance personnel who work together to ensure a safe, supportive, and well-maintained residential community.
University Business Hours
- 惭辞苍诲补测鈥揟丑耻谤蝉诲补测: 7:30 a.m. 鈥� 5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. 鈥� 11:30 a.m.
After hours and during school holidays or university closures, the Residential Student Staff Member on Duty is available to assist residents with lockouts, noise concerns, roommate or suitemate conflicts, and other urgent residential issues.
Residential Student Staff
Residential student staff support the daily operations of University Housing and provide assistance to residents both during business hours and after hours.
- Desk Assistants (DAs) work in the Residential Life main office during university business hours and assist with general questions, routing inquiries, and front-desk operations.
- Resident Assistants (RAs) are trained housing personnel who live within the residential communities and support residents through community engagement, policy enforcement, and after-hours assistance.
- Hall Directors (HDs) are trained housing personnel who supervise and lead the Resident Assistants while supporting the overall management of their assigned residence halls.

Professional Staff
Residential Life professional staff oversee housing operations, student support, facilities coordination, and residential community standards.
Maintenance Staff
Maintenance staff support the upkeep and functionality of residential facilities, responding to work orders and assisting with housing maintenance needs.
