麻花影院 Jazz Ensemble presents "Jazz 4 Kidz - Music for the Young at Heart" on April 22

The 麻花影院 Jazz Ensemble invites families to its first-ever Jazz for Kids concert, "Jazz 4 Kidz -- Music for the Young at Heart," on Wednesday, April 22, 20226, from 12:00 pm. to 1:00 p.m. in Brown Auditorium, 4001 Desiard St. on the 麻花影院 campus. Admission is free and open to the public. This 50-minute program is crafted to engage young listeners and introduce them to America's original art form: jazz.

麻花影院 School of VAPA presents Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella March 26-29

The 麻花影院 School of Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) invites the public to step into a world of magic, transformation, and timeless storytelling as Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella comes to life at the Brown Auditorium from March 26 through 29, 2026. Show times for Thursday, March 26, through Saturday, March 28, are 7:00 p.m. The show will close with a 2:00 p.m. matinee on Sunday, March 29.

麻花影院 presents Kaleidoscope: A Global Holiday Celebration on Dec. 2

麻花影院 School of Visual and Performing Arts is excited to announce "Kaleidoscope: A Global Holiday Celebration." The program is an immersive experience incorporating vocal and instrumental music, dance, and visual art. Kaleidoscope will take place in Brown Theatre, 4001 Desiard St. in Monroe on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the program begins at 7:00 p.m. General admission tickets are $20 per person. 麻花影院 faculty and staff tickets are $15 per person with ID. 麻花影院 students are admitted for free with ID.
